§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Verträge, die zwischen Susanne Steinel (nachfolgend „Anbieterin”) und den Teilnehmenden (nachfolgend „Studierende”) über die Teilnahme am 11-monatigen Online-Programm der Academy of Timeless Wisdom geschlossen werden.
§ 2 Vertragsgegenstand
Die Anbieterin bietet ein 11-monatiges Online-Programm an, das folgende Leistungen umfasst:
- 11 monatliche Gruppen-Gatherings via Zoom (je 1,5 Stunden)
- 11 monatliche Einzelsitzungen mit Grandmother Gayle Crosmaz und Susanne Steinel (je 1 Stunde)
- Aufzeichnungen aller Sitzungen, geteilt mit den eingeschriebenen Studierenden
- Kursmanual mit Inhalten und Aufgaben
- Deutsche Übersetzung der Inhalte
Programmbeginn: 30. September 2026
§ 3 Vertragsschluss
Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn die Studierende das Anmeldeformular auf der Website vollständig ausgefüllt und abgesendet hat und die Anbieterin die Anmeldung per E-Mail bestätigt. Mit der Anmeldebestätigung übermittelt die Anbieterin die Bankverbindung für die Kursgebühr.
§ 4 Kursgebühr und Zahlung
Die Kursgebühr beträgt:
- Einmalzahlung: € 3.000,00 (inkl. MwSt.)
- Ratenzahlung: 3 × € 1.111,00, fällig zu Beginn von Monat 1, 4 und 7 des Programms.”
Die Zahlung erfolgt per Banküberweisung auf das von der Anbieterin mitgeteilte Konto. Bei Ratenzahlung ist die erste Rate vor Programmbeginn fällig, alle weiteren Raten jeweils zum Monatsersten des laufenden Programmmonats.
§ 5 Widerrufsrecht
Verbrauchern steht grundsätzlich ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen zu. Die genauen Bedingungen sind der Widerrufsbelehrung zu entnehmen, die Bestandteil dieser AGB ist.
Mit ausdrücklicher Zustimmung der Studierenden und Kenntnis des damit verbundenen Verlusts des Widerrufsrechts beginnt die Anbieterin mit der Leistungserbringung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist. Nach vollständiger Erbringung der Leistung erlischt das Widerrufsrecht.
§ 6 Stornierung und Rückerstattung
Nach Ablauf der 14-tägigen Widerrufsfrist ist eine Stornierung der Teilnahme nicht möglich. Es erfolgt keine anteilige oder vollständige Rückerstattung der Kursgebühr, unabhängig davon, ob die Studierende an einzelnen oder allen Sitzungen teilnimmt.
Bei Ratenzahlung bleiben alle ausstehenden Raten auch bei vorzeitigem Abbruch der Teilnahme fällig.
§ 7 Pflichten der Studierenden
Die Studierenden verpflichten sich, die für die Teilnahme erforderliche technische Ausstattung (Internetzugang, Zoom-fähiges Gerät) selbst bereitzustellen. Die Zugangsdaten zu den Zoom-Sitzungen sind nicht an Dritte weiterzugeben.
§ 8 Urheberrecht und Nutzungsrechte
Alle im Rahmen des Programms bereitgestellten Materialien, Aufzeichnungen und Inhalte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Die Studierenden erhalten ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für den persönlichen Gebrauch. Eine Weitergabe, Vervielfältigung oder kommerzielle Nutzung ist ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung der Anbieterin nicht gestattet.
§ 9 Haftungsausschluss
Das Programm der Academy of Timeless Wisdom dient der persönlichen Entwicklung und spirituellen Bildung. Es ersetzt keine medizinische, psychologische oder therapeutische Behandlung. Die Anbieterin übernimmt keine Haftung für Entscheidungen, die Studierende auf Grundlage der Programminhalte treffen.
§ 10 Änderungen des Programms
Die Anbieterin behält sich vor, einzelne Termine oder Inhalte aus organisatorischen oder inhaltlichen Gründen anzupassen, sofern der Gesamtcharakter des Programms erhalten bleibt. Ausfallende Sitzungen werden nachgeholt oder als Aufzeichnung bereitgestellt.
§ 11 Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Berlin.
§ 12 Salvatorische Klausel
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Susanne Steinel (hereinafter “Provider”) and participants (hereinafter “Students”) for participation in the 11-month online program of the Academy of Timeless Wisdom.
§ 2 Subject matter
The Provider offers an 11-month online program comprising the following:
- 11 monthly group gatherings via Zoom (1.5 hours each)
- 11 monthly one-on-one sessions with Grandmother Gayle Crosmaz and Susanne Steinel (1 hour each)
- Recordings of all sessions are shared with enrolled students
- Course manual with content and assignments
- German translation of content
Program start date: 30 September 2026
§ 3 Formation of contract
The contract is formed when the Student has fully completed and submitted the registration form on the website and the Provider confirms the registration by email. The Provider will include bank transfer details for the course fee in the confirmation email.
§ 4 Course fee and payment
The course fee is:
- Single payment: €3,000.00 (incl. VAT)
- Installment payment: 3 × €1,111.00, due at the start of months 1, 4, and 7 of the program.”
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account communicated by the Provider. For installment payments, the first installment is due before the program begins; all subsequent installments are due on the first day of each program month.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details are set out in the Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
With the Student’s express consent and acknowledgment that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, the Provider may begin providing services before the withdrawal period expires. Once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal is extinguished.
§ 6 Cancellation and refunds
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, cancellation of participation is not possible. No partial or full refund of the course fee will be made, regardless of whether the Student attends some or all sessions.
For installment payments, all outstanding installments remain due even if the Student withdraws from the program early.
§ 7 Student obligations
Students are responsible for providing the technical equipment required for participation (internet access, Zoom-capable device). Access details for Zoom sessions must not be shared with third parties.
§ 8 Copyright and usage rights
All materials, recordings, and content provided as part of the program are protected by copyright. Students are granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes only. Sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is not permitted without the express written consent of the Provider.
§ 9 Disclaimer
The Academy of Timeless Wisdom program serves the purpose of personal development and spiritual education. It does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. The Provider accepts no liability for decisions made by Students on the basis of program content.
§ 10 Program changes
The Provider reserves the right to adjust individual dates or content for organizational or editorial reasons, provided the overall character of the program is maintained. Canceled sessions will be rescheduled or made available as recordings.
§ 11 Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
§ 12 Severability
Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
